Dealing with Concerns
 
Our aim at Babraham is always to deal with any concerns from parents as swiftly and as helpfully as possible. We find that, in the vast majority of cases, a chat with your child's class teacher is enough to resolve any issues or worries that you may have. Beyond that, the class teacher my also recommend that you make an appointment at the office to visit the Headteacher so that they can help you address the problem. Every school has a complaints procedure in place for any of those extremely rare and more serious concerns that could not be resolved by first coming to school and meeting with staff.
